Multan, in Punjab State of Pakistan. We are in exports of shawls and
handicrafts since 1999. Our supply partners are Internationally
recognized and certified (ISO 9001) and produce the Best Quality,
Fine Crafted shawls and handicrafts. We have a dedicated team of
experienced designers and Kashmiri workmen who work closely with our
supply partners to produce masterpieces.

What shipping method do you use?
All our shipments are proceeded by DHL and FedEx from pakistan to
worldwide and from usa we use ROYAL mail and USPS. After your
purchase we provide you a tracking no, by which destination of a
parcel is easily tracked.
How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time is 3-5
days depending on the location of delivery.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal which can process Master Card, Visa, American Express &
Discover. Beside that We can also Accept Regular Bank Transfer or
Western Union/Money grams. But our Main priority is always
PayPal.
Are my credit card details safe?

What is your refund / exchange policy?
At the moment, we do not entertain refunds. If for any reason you
are unsatisfied, you can exchange your purchase for a different item
on our store. You must ship the item at your expense and be received
by us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. It must be
complete, unused and undamaged. The shipping cost will be borne by
the customer.
